Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that things can come up, and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us a call at 613-843-1334 for Chapman Mills Animal Hospital and 613-829-0220 for Nepean Animal Hospital within 24 hours of your appointment so that we can accommodate other pets in need of care.

If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation or no-show fee of $96.77 + tax will be applied to your account to be paid the next time you stop by our office.
